Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • • Services opt through www.onyomark.in or www.onyomark.co.in cannot be cancelled /replaced/refunded for any reason once the payment is done.

  • • Products purchased through www.onyomark.in or www.onyomark.co.in can only be replaced/returned if they are received in a damaged condition and not otherwise. In case any customer refuses to accept delivery of his/her order placed on www.onyomark.in or www.onyomark.co.in, the refund will not be processed for that order.

  • • If you have received a damaged or defective product, inform us within 2 days of delivery and get a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

  • How do I return a defective or damaged product for a new replacement?
  • Notify us of the damaged or defective product within 2 days of delivery by emailing us at registrations@onyomark.in
  • • All items must be returned in their original condition, with price tags intact, original accessories and in the original manufacturer's box/packaging as delivered to you.
  • Items should be returned in the original condition you had received them. Onyomark shall not accept returns /replacement/refunds in certain instances:
  • • Damages due to misuse of the product by Consumer.
  • • Any damage/defect which is not covered under the manufacturer's warranty.
  • • Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
  • • Return request is made outside the specified time frame.

  • Cancellation Due to Delivery Issue
  • If the customer does not receive the ordered item(s) within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of placing the order, a refund can be claimed by writing to us at registrations@onyomark.in. Post receiving the customer's email, we shall call the customer for confirmation, subsequent to which we shall refund through NEFT the amount paid by the customer within 10 (ten) working days. No other form of refund can be entertained.

  • Cancellation by Onyomark
  • www.onyomark.in or www.onyomark.co.in may, at times, be required to cancel an order or a part of an order, due to, though not limited to, reasons like force majeure conditions, unavailability of the ordered product, change in price, change or inaccuracy in product information, etc. We shall call the customer and/or write to him/her to inform about the cancellation, subsequent to which we shall refund through NEFT the amount paid by the customer within 10 (ten) working days. No other form of refund can be entertained.

  • Can I cancel an order?
  • Yes, if the product has not been shipped, you may cancel the order (after deduction of payment processing charges, if any, the amount will be refunded.) In case your product has been shipped cancellation is not possible. However, if you opt for having the money transferred back to the source of the transaction, Onyomark team will process the refund within 96 working hours, though it may take up to 7-10 business days for the respective banks to process the refund back to your account. Please get in touch with the banks directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund by www.onyomark.in or onyomark.co.in

  • What if there is a dispute regarding returns?
  • In case of any dispute regarding returns, the final decision shall be ours and the customer shall have to accept it. In case of arbitration for a dispute, it shall be subject to Mumbai jurisdiction only. Onyomark liability to any claims will only be limited to the cost of the product in question.
